Description

No. 15 Fournier Street is an early 18th-century building on a corner site. It is constructed of red and yellow brick with a parapet. The roof is slated and has pantiles in the attic area. The building is three storeys high, with two windows facing Fournier Street and five windows facing Wilkes Street (some of which are blind). Segmental arches feature above the windows. The ground storey and a panel on the return are rendered in 19th-century stucco. The building forms a group with Nos. 1 to 39 (odd), Nos. 2 to 20 (even), and No. 84 (The Ten Bells Public House) on Fournier Street, with Christ Church, Commercial Street, and Nos. 57 & 59 Brick Lane, and No. 2 Wilkes Street.
