Description
Nos 699 to 711 on Commercial Road E14 are an early 19th-century terrace building. Constructed from stock brick, the structure features a coped parapet and a rusticated stucco ground floor. It stands three storeys tall with basements and has two windows on each floor. The first-floor windows are adorned with moulded stucco architraves and labels, although No 707 has a partially rebuilt facade. The ground floor windows are round-headed and framed in similar architraves, with No 699 featuring a shop front. All windows are sashes with glazing bars. The doors are round-headed and include fanlights, with some having plain or fluted pilasters and panelled doors. Steps leading to the doors are complemented by iron railings. Nos 699 to 711 form a cohesive group.
