Description

Queens House is a house built around 1725, with later additions. It features brown brick with red brick dressings, and the ground floor is later stuccoed. The building has three storeys and five bays, with three windows on the second floor. There are two-storey, one-bay extensions at the top left and right, and a late 20th-century surgery extension further to the right (No. 4A). A stucco projecting porch with banded rustication has been added to the center. The ground floor has altered square-headed sash windows, while the upper-floor sash windows, which have glazing bars, are nearly flush with segmental, gauged-brick arches. A red brick string course runs above the second floor. The interior has not been inspected.
