The front and side walls, together with the gate piers, railings, and gates, form the entrance to the Aged Pilgrims’ Friendly Society’s Home. They date to circa 1837. The walls are constructed of brick with stone capping to the gate piers. The entrance is distinguished by cast-iron railings and gates.
