Description
50 and 52 Dulwich Village are a pair of semi-detached houses built in the early 19th century. They are constructed of stucco and feature a low-pitched, hipped slate roof that covers only the inner bays, with a central stucco chimney. The houses are two storeys high and consist of two bays each. The entrances are located in the outer bays; the entrance for No. 50 is recessed behind a segmental arch with a keystone, while No. 52 has a plain, square-headed opening. Both houses have segmental-headed sash windows with glazing bars, and the main central section has full-height, shallow round-arched recesses. The ground-floor window of No. 50 has been later adapted into a canted bay. There is a sill band at the first-floor level. The interior has not been inspected.
