Description

Lonsdale Lodge is a house dating from the 18th century, with alterations made in 1938. It is constructed of brown brick with red brick dressings and has a slate roof with projecting eaves. The house is three storeys high and five bays wide. The centre has an altered timber doorcase with console brackets supporting a hood. A stucco canted bay has been added to the ground floor on the right side of the entrance. The sash windows, which have glazing bars within near-flush frames, are topped with flat, gauged red brick arches. The interior has not been inspected.
