Description
The walls of the former graveyard to the Old Baptist Chapel, which has now been demolished, are located at the southeast angle of St Paul's Churchyard in Deptford. These 18th-century walls are constructed of red brick mixed with stock brick and feature stone coping. They include square buttress piers that are taller and have stone cornices at intervals. The wall continues without coping and has some 19th-century rebuilding in places, wrapping around the southeast corner of St Paul's Churchyard. Old gravestones are positioned against the east face of the eastern wall and the north face of the southern wall.
