Description

LEWISHAM PARK SE13 1. 4424 (North Side) No 78 (School Treatment Centre ) TQ 3774 18/182 TQ 3874 19/182 II 2. Mid Cl9 house, 2 storeys attic and basement, 3 windows. Slated roof with end chimneys and 3 dormers with rotund pediments. Stucco. Wide flat pilasters, at angles and between bays, support narrow architrave moulding, wide frieze and eaves cornice. Ground floor rusticated with guilloche moulded frieze, cornice and blocking course between pilasters. Above this, and below lst floor windows, ornamental relief panels based on guilloche motif. Moulded architraves to sash windows with margin lights, those on ground floor with bracketed cills. 1st floor cill string between pilasters. Moulded architrave and console bracketed cornice to altered door with rectangular fanlight. l-storey left extension.
