Description

This is a mid-19th century house located on Lewisham Way, originally recorded as being in SE14 but now corrected to SE4. The house is two and a half storeys high with a basement, and has three windows. It is constructed of multicoloured stock brick with a stuccoed front, and has a fairly low-pitched slate roof with eaves soffits. Pilasters support an entablature at the level of the second-floor window sills. The windows are sash windows with margin lights. The ground floor features sash windows with moulded architraves, bracketed sills, panelled pilasters, a frieze, console bracketed cornices, projecting sills and ornamental cast iron guards. A central square porch has pilasters, an entablature and a parapet. This property forms a group with the even-numbered houses from 160 to 186 on Lewisham Way.
