Description

The forecourt walls and pylons to Christ Church, built around 1840, are made of brick with stone coping. The walls feature flat buttresses at regular intervals on the west and south sides of the church. The tall gate pylons are adorned with roll mouldings at the corners and topped with pyramidal caps.
