Description

The X.E. Balli and family mausoleum is a temple mausoleum located in the north corner of the Greek Burial Ground within West Norwood Memorial Park. It was built in the late 19th century, with the designer remaining unknown. The structure is made of marble and features a channeled chamber. It is designed as a tetrastyle Ionic temple, raised on a plinth and accessed by four steps. The mausoleum is supported by fluted columns and includes a frieze adorned with a Greek inscription, as well as antefixae on the pediment and cornice.
