Description

The mausoleum of the Vallianos family is located in the Greek Burial Ground at West Norwood Memorial Park. It was built in the late 19th century and is inspired by the Tower of the Four Winds in Athens. The structure features channeled stone and has an octagonal plan. It includes a portico with a pediment, fluted columns, and steps leading up to it, although the entrance is currently blocked. On either side of the portico, there are two oculi with carved wreath architraves. The mausoleum is topped with a projecting cornice, an urn, and a cross.
