Description

No. 45 on Old Town in Clapham is probably from the late 17th century and has undergone some alterations. The building is two storeys high and features a single window on the street front, but it has a greater depth with two windows at the back on the left side. The exterior is now rendered and has incised lines. There is a modillioned eaves cornice, which is damaged. The roof is high-pitched and hipped, covered with tiles, and includes one hipped dormer at the front and two on the side. The ground floor has an early 20th-century shop front.
