  1. Mid C19 villa. Two-storeys and basement, 3-windows. Stock brick. Paired stucco pilasters rise from banded basement to frieze below eaves soffit of fairly low-pitched hipped slated roof. Moulded architraves to sash windows, round-headed on ground floor in stucco panels with cornices. Eight steps to half-glazed double door with narrow side lights and rectangular fanlight. Enclosed porch with Egyptian pilasters, entablature and blocking course. Slightly set back, 2-storey and basement left extension in similar style. Rear elevation has 2 full height canted bays, one at end of projecting left wing. At right an ornamental cast iron loggia has twisted columns with leafy capitals, pointed arches with chevron moulding and patterned spandrels and ogee lead roof. Twelve steps up have patterned handrail matching loggia railing, the whole supported on similar twisted columns. Interior: double Corinthian screen in hall.
