Description

The tomb of George Price Boyce, who died in 1897, is located in Kensal Green Cemetery. It features a chest tomb made of Portland stone, resting on a large slab of York stone. The tomb has a shallow coped cover over a corbel table, with an inscription in Gothic lettering and roll moulding at the base. Boyce was a well-known Pre-Raphaelite watercolour painter and an associate of Philip Webb.
