Description

This is a symmetrical terrace of three houses, numbered 23 to 27, located on the south side of Holland Park Avenue in London. The houses were built in 1829, as evidenced by a date marking. They are constructed of stucco. The terrace is two storeys high with attics. The central house, number 25, features a prominent three-bay facade with a Doric giant order and a pedimented attic. The flanking houses, numbers 23 and 27, are each two bays wide. Number 27 stands out with an additional storey and a Doric porch, which may have been added later. The design is similar to that of numbers 2 to 6 and 24 to 28 on Holland Park Avenue.
