Description

Nos 25 to 34 Sumner Place is a mid-19th century terrace of houses that are stuccoed and balanced in design. The terrace consists of four storeys plus a basement, with each house featuring two windows across its front. Notable architectural elements include Ionic porticos and an iron-railed balcony on the first floor. The parapet is adorned with a modillion cornice. The end houses, numbered 25, 26, 33, and 34, are set forward from the rest of the terrace. This group of houses is associated with Onslow Square.
