Description

This is an early 19th century terrace of three houses on Sydney Street. The houses are built of brick with channelled stucco to the ground floor. They are four storeys high and two windows wide. Each house has an arched doorway and square-headed windows. Wrought and cast iron balconies are present on the first floor, along with area railings. The buildings are listed mainly for their group value, in conjunction with numbers 7-67 and 18-68 on Sydney Street.
