Description

The houses at 16 and 18 Pelham Place are a pair of semi-detached properties dating from the early to mid-19th century. They are constructed of stucco and have hipped, slated roofs extending to the eaves. Each house is two storeys high with a basement. They have two windows on each floor, plus a slightly recessed single bay entrance wing with a projecting porch supported by Doric columns. The windows have square heads, cornices to the first floor, and balconies on the ground floor. These houses are listed primarily for their group value within Pelham Place.
