Description

This is one of two terraces that lead from the centre of Pelham Crescent, built around 1825. It comprises houses numbered 2 to 14 (even). These are simple, three-storey, two-window houses with a continuous balustraded parapet and small first-floor balconies. The facades are stuccoed, with channelled detailing on the ground floor. The doorways are round-headed, and the windows are square-headed. Numbers 2 and 14 have two-storey canted bay windows and pilasters to the upper storeys. The terrace forms part of the overall layout of Pelham Crescent.
