Description

This listing covers three terraced houses at numbers 12, 14, and 16 Hans Road. Number 12 was designed by A.H. Mackmurdo in 1894, while numbers 14 and 16 were designed by C.F.A. Voysey between 1891 and 1892. The houses are constructed of red brick, with number 12 featuring stucco dressings and a projecting pediment porch. Number 12's first and second floor windows are treated as a single unit. Numbers 14 and 16 have stone dressings, including projecting, linked stone porches and stone mullioned bays to the first and second floors. A projecting, more than semi-circular lantern window is a shared architectural feature for all three houses, and they are considered to form a group.
