Description
No. 7 South Bolton Gardens is a symmetrical dwelling house built in the early to mid 19th century. It is constructed of brown brick and features a shallow pitched slated roof. The building has three storeys and a basement, with a width of three windows. A central entrance is highlighted by a Greek Doric portico that has a pedimental blocking course. The sash windows, which include glazing bars, are set in square-headed openings, while the ground floor windows are located in arched recesses. The entrance boasts an eight-panelled door. The interior has not been seen.
