Description

This is a mid-19th century Neo-Gothic building consisting of Nos. 40, 41-46 Addison Road. It is two storeys high with an attic level and has three windows in each bay. The building features arched doorways and canted bay windows on the ground floor. Gables are present in the second-floor attics. Original front boundary walls remain, incorporating Gothic-style piers. The building is recognised as possessing group value.
