Description

The tomb of Anthony Trollope, who died in 1882, is located in Kensal Green Cemetery. It features a pink granite coped ledger with a cross on a coped base made of grey granite. Trollope was a notable novelist, best known for his "Barsetshire" series that began in 1855 with "The Warden." He also served as a civil servant and was instrumental in the introduction of the pillar box.
