Description

Number 707 Fronting to Church Road is an early 19th century house of three storeys and two windows. The house is constructed of stock brick with a stone-coped parapet. It features sash windows with glazing bars set in stucco-lined reveals; those on the second floor have wrought iron guards. An oval plaque at the second-floor level reads "Moselie House." An enclosed Doric porch provides access to a door consisting of six beaded panels and a patterned fanlight. A one-story extension, built in a matching style, adjoins the building to the left.
