Description

This early to mid-19th century building on King's Road in Tottenham is a two-storey, three-window structure. It is built of yellow brick with a stone coping to a broad gable, which contains an arched attic window. An arched doorway features a patterned fanlight, with a later porch addition. There is one window on the east return, while the west and rear elevations are blank. The roof is slate, with eaves visible on the sides. The sash windows have gauged flat brick arches and glazing bars. A plaque on the right return reads "JAMES PLACE 1812".
