Description

No. 3 Bute Gardens is a house from the early 19th century, constructed of stucco with a slate roof. It is two storeys high and has three bays, featuring a symmetrical design with a central entrance door that has a semi-circular head and a plain fanlight above it. The ground floor has double-hung sashed windows with glazing bars and wing-lights. There is a brick boundary wall topped with stone coping.
