GV II Symmetrical detached houses. Second quarter of 19th century. 2 storeys and 3 bays, faced in stucco under a hipped slate roof. Ground floor case- ment windows have stucco architraves and segmental heads set within shallow segmentally headed recesses. 1st floor windows, double-hung sashes with stucco architraves and bracketed cills. Margin glazing; bracketed cills. Central projecting entrance porch with Doric pilasters and partially glazed panelled door, entablature and blocking course. Small single storey wing right. Listed as part of group with Nos 5, 7 and 11.
