Description

This is a mid-19th century house located on New King’s Road. The house is built of yellow brick with a stuccoed basement, and it is two storeys high plus a basement. It consists of a single bay and an entrance wing that links to number 119. A tented porch canopy shelters a 6-panel door. The ground floor features a round-headed margin-glazed sash window. A cast iron balcony fronts the first-floor French windows, which also have margin glazing. The entrance wing’s first floor has recessed barred sash windows. A coped parapet tops the building, concealing a slated roof. The property is part of a group that includes numbers 113-121 (odd).
