Description

A pair of houses located on New King's Road, dating from the mid-19th century. They are built of yellow brick with a slate roof. Each house has one bay, with a further bay set back to serve as an entrance wing. The buildings stand five storeys high, with a basement level. The second floor features recessed sash windows with bars, set within gauged flat arches. The eaves are supported by brackets. The doorways are round-headed, with fanlights exhibiting a radial pattern. A window guard is present on the ground floor of No. 119. Segmental brick arches frame the basement windows. Nos. 113 to 121 (the odd numbers) are significant as a cohesive group.
