Description
Nos 12, 14, and 15 on Palatine Avenue are early 19th-century houses that have undergone some alterations. The buildings are three storeys high and have three bays, although the right bay has been damaged and reduced to two storeys. They are finished in stucco with incised lines and feature a stone-coped parapet. The central bay is a wide projecting bow that contains three windows. The windows are sashes, with some still having their bars. The second-floor windows are adorned with ornamental guards. There is an incised Greek fret pattern at the second floor level and a reeded band at the first floor level. The doors have been altered, with one located in the bow and another in the left section. Inside, some original window woodwork and staircase remain.
