Description
Nos 108 and 110 on Albion Road, built in the early to mid-19th century, are three-storey buildings with an attic and basement, each featuring two windows. They have tiled mansard roofs with modern dormers. The exterior is finished in stucco, with decorative bands at the first floor, second floor, and cornice level, along with a blocking course. No 110 has raised lintels with key blocks above its sash windows and a half-glazed six-panel door with an entablature surround. No 108 features moulded architraves, a swell frieze, a cornice, and a pediment above its first-floor windows, while the second-floor windows are plain sashes. The ground floor of No 108 includes a late 19th-century "Queen Anne" style three-light window with an entablature and pediment. The door architrave here is also moulded, with a frieze and cornice from the late 19th century. These buildings are included for their group value.
