Description
Nos 147 and 149 on Albion Road are a pair of houses built around 1840. They are finished in stucco and feature a low-pitched, hipped roof that extends to the eaves. The buildings consist of three bays and rise three storeys plus a basement. The entrances are located in the outer bays and are highlighted by projecting porches with square piers and pediments. No 147 has a four-panelled door, while No 149 has an altered door. The windows of No 147 are square-headed and have sash frames with glazing bars, whereas No 149 mainly has replacement casement glazing. A central chimney stack is present on the roof.
