  1. 1912, by Dendy Watney and Sydney Perks. Stone, classical. 3 main storeys and attic; 5 bays to Gresham Street, 4 bay return to Basinghall Street. High channelled base formed by ground storey and basement; windows with architraves and alternating segmental and triangular pediments on consoles. 1st and 2nd floors, attached giant Ionic columns in antis 1st floor windows with keystones and alternating pediments, 3 central windows with stone balconies on corbels; entablature with pulvinated frieze and enriched bracketed cornice; recessed stone attic. Slated roof with dormers. Fine door in late C17 style, round headed, with blocked Roman Doric fluted columns, entablature and broken triangular pediment. Cherubs' heads and garlands, big armorial cartouche with the Gresham grasshopper.
