Description
Nos. 3-6 Mount Vernon are four terraced houses built around 1800-1810. They are constructed of yellow stock brick and feature a stucco band at the first-floor sill level. The buildings rise to three storeys, with each house having one window. The round-arched doorways have impost bands, and Nos. 1 and 3 include painted heads, patterned fanlights, and panelled doors. The windows on the first floor are recessed casement windows, while the ground and second floors have sash windows, all topped with gauged brick flat arches. The upper floor windows are set in shallow round-arched recesses that are linked by impost bands. Additionally, there are cast-iron balconies for the first-floor windows, and the buildings have a parapet. The interiors have not been inspected.
