Description
4-7 Little Green Street consists of four terraced houses that were formerly shops, built in the late 18th century. The houses are constructed of yellow stock brick and brown brick, topped with slate mansard roofs and dormers. They are two storeys high with attics. Nos. 4 and 5 each have one window, while Nos. 6 and 7 each have two windows. The doorways are square-headed, featuring overlights and panelled doors, with No. 5 having a 20th-century door. The ground floors of Nos. 4 and 5 have canted bay windows on brackets, with an entablature that has a dentil cornice extending over the doorways. Nos. 6 and 7 have bowed windows on brackets, with mutule cornices extending over the doorways, supported by shaped brackets with guttae. The first floors have segmental-arched sash windows and parapets. The interiors have not been inspected.
