Description

This is a terrace of six houses located on St Pancras Way, dating from the early 19th century. The houses are built of stucco, with the ground floors channelled for visual texture. They are three storeys high and have basements. Each house has two windows facing the street. The ground floor has round-arched openings topped with keystones. The doorways have fluted half-columns supporting fanlights above panelled doors; the original doors survive at numbers 113 and 115, while number 121 has a boarded-up door. The windows are sash windows set in shallow recesses. Number 111 has a 20th-century alteration to its window, and number 17 has windows with intersecting panes. The first-floor windows are sash windows in shallow, round-arched recesses, featuring moulded plaster wreaths, a continuous sill band, and original cast-iron balconies at numbers 113 to 119. Number 111 has a 20th-century cast-iron balcony, and number 121 is missing its balcony. The third floor also has sash windows. The facades are finished with a cornice and a blocking course. The interiors of most of the houses retain original features.
