Description

The boundary walls and piers to Lipa, located at numbers 13, 13B, and 13C on West Heath Road, were built around 1894-1895. These walls are made of red brick and feature stone bands and caps. The wall is coped and steps down towards Redington Road, displaying recessed panels with diagonally set brick heads. At intervals along the wall, there are octagonal stone-banded piers topped with ogee caps, which mark the gateways.
