Description

The tomb of Sir Thomas Webb, located in St Pancras Old Church Gardens, is a chest tomb dating from around 1765. It features a veined marble lid and a stone body. The tomb is supported by a rectangular stepped and moulded plinth, which holds a chest with an ogee profile lid that was originally topped by an urn. The tomb includes inscribed panels, with the north end displaying a Rococo armorial cartouche.
