Description
Numbers 1-17 Albany Street, Camden, is a terrace of houses built in 1826 by M Crake. The buildings are stucco-faced and arranged over four storeys and basements, with each house featuring two windows. Each doorway has a round arch with pilaster jambs supporting a cornice head, above which is a radial fanlight and a panelled door. The sash windows on the first floor have console bracketed cornices and continuous cast-iron balconies. A main cornice runs along the third floor, with a secondary cornice and blocking course above the attic storey. The interiors have not been inspected. Attached cast-iron railings, finished with tasselled spearhead finials, are part of the property.
