Rectangular plinth with an inscribed globe surmounted by a sculptured female figure in flowing robes with right foot raised and reaching up with right hand to a flower filled urn surmounting a fluted Corinthian column on a plinth with sculptured wreath and shaped inscribed plaque forming scrolls at angles. Kerbing with roll moulding.
