Description

The Tomb of Marie Lloyd is located in Hampstead Cemetery and dates from around 1922. It features a Celtic cross made of granite, set on an inscribed stepped base and an inscribed battered pedestal. The cross is adorned with carved ivy relief enrichment. Surrounding the tomb is a granite kerb plot, which is infilled with crazy paving. Marie Lloyd was a well-known Cockney music hall singer.
