Description
This is a four-storey terraced house with a basement, dating from 1720 to 1724 and built for J Metcalfe. It was refaced in the mid-20th century. The house is constructed of red brick and has three windows. The original wooden doorcase remains, featuring carved brackets, and is similar to those found at numbers 26-37. The windows are metal-framed and set within rough brick arches. A parapet tops the facade. The interior retains good panelling and a staircase.
