Description

The dovecote at Church Farm is a 17th century timber-framed structure, partially plastered and partially weatherboarded, with some repairs made using corrugated iron. It is built on a brick plinth and features a hipped roof that is steeply pitched, with small ridge gables at both the north and south ends to allow access for the birds. This dovecote is possibly the only surviving example in Clare.
