Part of a terrace of small houses. 1825. White brick and slates. 2 storeys. 4 window range: small-paned sashes in deep reveals. Four 4-panelled doors with plastered tympana in semicircular-headed brick arches with plain reveals. A panel set into the east gable wall reads: 'CANNON PLACE Built 1825' with initials W.S., for William Steggles who was building similar terraces all over Bury St Edmunds at this time. INTERIOR: not inspected.
