Description

Thatchetty is a 17th century timber-framed and plastered house located on an L-shaped plan. It has one storey and attics. The ground floor features casement windows with leaded lights, while the attic windows are plain casements. The door is in a 20th century Tudor style. The roof is thatched and includes three gabled dormers, which are tiled, on the north-west front, and one on the south-west wing. Thatchetty is part of a group of listed buildings along The Street, which includes Green Farmhouse, The Green (Lower).
