Description

Pheasant Cottage is a house dating from the 17th century, with alterations made around 1840. It has one storey and attics, featuring three windows. The cottage is timber-framed and rendered, topped with a thatched roof that has carved bargeboards and collars. It includes thatched gabled casement dormers and axial 19th-century chimneys made of gault brick. The windows are hood-moulded casements from the 19th century. The entrance doors are boarded and are sheltered by open, one-storey thatched gabled porches supported by posts.
