Description

Feltons is a house dating from around 1840, which was refronted from an earlier building. It has two storeys and three windows. The facade is made of gault brick and features a dentil cornice and a parapet, with flint and red brick quoins on the return walls. The roof is hipped and covered with slates. The sash windows have segmental brick arches and large panes, with border panes on the ground floor. There is a one-storey entrance porch with a segmental head and a lead roof, which includes a six-panel door, small-pane glazed sides, and a fanlight with radial glazing bars.
