House, c.1840 refronting of earlier building. 2 storeys, 3 windows. Gault brick facade with dentil cornice and parapet; flint with red brick quoins to return walls. Hipped slated roofs. Sash windows with segmental brick arches, large panes, at ground floor border panes. 1-storey segmental headed entrance porch with lead roof; 6-panel door; small-pane glazed sides and fanlight with radial glazing bars
