Cottage. Late C17 or early C18. Gable front. 4 cells; 1 storey, the front cell having a loft above. Timber-framed and rendered. Thatched roof, hipped at rear; 2 axial chimneys of red brick. C19 and C20 leaded casements C20 boarded entrance door. Originally heated by a single open fireplace to the central room. Formerly the house of the village blacksmith.
