Description

Pilgrim Cottage is a row of cottages dating from the 18th century. The building is one storey with attics and features a timber frame that is rendered, topped with a thatched roof. It has axial chimneys and eyebrow dormers. Most of the windows are 20th-century casements, but there are two mid-19th century wrought iron casements in the end wall, which have oblong panes with arcading in the upper tier and plasterwork tracery in an arched panel above. The entrance door is boarded, and there is an open recessed porch supported by timber posts at the left-hand end.
